Our services

How SENDbeacon can help you

Every piece of work is tailored — because no two children, schools or settings are the same.

SERVICE 01

Family Support

If your child has autism, ASD, ADHD, global developmental delay, a learning difficulty, speech and language needs, SEMH needs, or you are still waiting for answers — SENDbeacon offers independent guidance to help you understand their needs, identify barriers and find clear next steps.

Whether you need help navigating SEN support, understanding an EHCP, or finding the right specialist or independent school placement — we'll walk alongside you every step of the way.

For parents & families

SERVICE 02

SENDCo & SENCO supervision and professional support

The SENDCo and SENCO role is one of the most pressured and isolated in education. High caseloads, legal complexity around SEN support and EHCPs, multi-agency responsibilities — often with insufficient time or peer support.

SENDbeacon offers structured, confidential one-to-one supervision and coaching for SENDCos and SENCOs in mainstream, special and independent settings — helping you lead with greater clarity, resilience and confidence.

About SENDbeacon

Deep expertise.
Real-world experience.
Genuine commitment.

SENDbeacon is a specialist SEND, SEN and inclusion consultancy founded by an experienced headteacher with over 30 years working across mainstream and specialist education settings. We support schools, organisations, local authorities, charities and families across the UK.

With a PGCE, NPQH and MEd in Speech and Language Difficulties, SENDbeacon's founder has led provision for children and young people with autism, ASD, SEMH, SLD, PMLD, global developmental delay, speech and language difficulties, learning difficulties and complex neurodiverse needs — from the classroom to the headteacher's office.

With extensive senior leadership experience across mainstream schools, special schools and specialist settings, our founder brings a perspective that bridges high-level strategic leadership with the realities of day-to-day inclusive practice — including managing EHCPs, Local Authority relationships, multi-agency teams and the daily pressures of running a specialist setting.

We understand the pressures schools, organisations and families face: from meeting a child's SEND needs fully, to delivering provision that is both legally compliant and genuinely inclusive. And we know how to turn those challenges into achievable, sustainable improvements.
